Salad Dressing Emulsion Pumps, untuk mengganti Collid Mill asli, untuk mendapatkan emulsifikasi dalam satu waktu. Pompa ini meningkatkan tingkat saus salad sanitasi, dan efisiensi juga ditingkatkan. Selain itu, Jaket Steam dapat digunakan untuk pompa ini, untuk mengontrol suhu yang rumit.

SALAD DRESSING HOMOGENEOUS PUMP

Kami berspesialisasi dalam produksi pompa rotor dan pompa homogen. Kapasitas produksi mencapai 18.000 unit/tahun. Pompa kami dapat mentransfer media dengan viskositas hingga 1.000.000 cps, dengan laju aliran maksimum 400m3 / jam (kapasitas 30L / R).


Pompa homogen & emulsifikasi seri DH terdiri dari ruang kerja kelas satu. Ruang kerja dilengkapi dengan sekelompok stator 3-6-layer dan rotor 3-6-layer. Cakram gigi dari masing -masing stator dan rotor berasal dari kasar ke halus, sehingga bahan granular asli dengan ketebalan yang berbeda dapat dengan lancar memasuki ruang kerja untuk lapisan persimpangan, dispersi, halus, homogenisasi dan emulsifikasi. Ada 5 jenis produk di dalam seri ini. Dikembangkan secara mandiri oleh perusahaan kami, teknologi aplikasi sangat matang. Kami memiliki tim teknis yang kuat dan pengguna kami di seluruh dunia.

This pump is multi-purpose compound & emulsifier equipment, its professional technic and manufacture precisioncanapproach international level. Emulsion pump is an efficient type product with mix, dispersion, breaking,dissolution, refinery, homogenization, emulsifying. 


The main parts are stator and rotors. At the centrifugal and fluid forces created by the rapid turning of the rotors, the stators exercise on the materials strong power shearing, centrifugal pressing, breaking, fluid friction, turbulent homogenizingand the solid, fluid, and volatile medium ar quickly refined, homogenized, disaggregated and emulsified. This process can result in stable and high-quality products.

 

These serial products can greatly simplify the traditional production process upgrade the production efficiency and product quality. They are widely used in petrochemical, refinery chemistry, daily chemicals, biology pharmaceutics, foods processing, paper making, paint and so on.
